Attorney Donald L. Nageleisen has provided legal services to the people of Kentucky since 1989. He earned his Bachelor of Science in management from Northern Kentucky University in 1983 and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law in 1988. In 1989, Nageleisen became licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and subsequently was accepted later that year to practice federal courts. He was later accepted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in 1994.

A formidable presence in the courtroom, Attorney Nageleisen has an estimated 20,000 cases tried at all levels of the court in Kentucky. He is an aggressive advocate for his clients and believes that it is usually in the best interests of his clients to take their case to court. He is also known for doing his own investigative work in preparing his cases, knowing that this hands-on approach often pays off in the end. His fearless approach to defending his clients has made him a respected member of the Kentucky legal community, but his methods can be a bit unorthodox even if they usually get the intended results.

His reputation has been furthered by the tens of millions of dollars he has gotten in settlements over the years for his clients. One notable 2003 case was one of the largest settlements and awards in the history of Kentucky's correctional facilities history. Whether it is a personal injury case, a criminal defense case, a civil rights case or a family law matter, he is a lawyer who puts his clients first. His hard work, exceptional experience and creative legal approach help his clients get the justice that they deserve.

A father of five kids, Don stays active in the lives of his kids by supporting them in their many academic and athletic endeavors. He lives with his family on a farm in Northern Kentucky and also enjoys spending time with his horses.
